France - Massif Central Expedition
To the south of St-Etienne lies a largely unknown, quiet, fantastic paddling area with many quality rivers boasting beautiful scenery with a full range of technical difficulty. Our expedition will seek to capitalise on all of these plus points. Working on the Lot, Tarn and Allier rivers the actual river sections will be chosen to meet client aspirations. Each river offers easy paddling through to technically difficult sections..
Itinerary
Best progressive sections of the rivers Lot, Tarn & Allier.
Accommodation
This will be in carefully chosen chambres d’hotes throughout the region. Evening meals will be taken in local restaurants allowing us to sample the local cuisine. If you have your own group we can follow the same paddling itinerary but use campsites to keep the costs down.
Canoeing Standard
Suitable for canoeists who have some experience of moving water, but if limited, our guides will be able to ensure you pick up any necessary new skills during the trip. As already mentioned the exact sections will be chosen according to client aspirations. Clients will be able to choose to paddle tandem or solo.
