These two wilderness expeditions both combine hill walking with paddling. Accessing some of Scotland’s more remote mountain areas by canoe, it will very much depend on weather conditions and the group’s aims as to the exact itinerary of each trip. However, whatever the final outcome, these two stunning and wild areas of Scotland will provide a unique and rewarding experience to all who travel through them.

Moidart - 5 days paddling/walking
Accommodation
Wild camping with one night in bunkhouse accommodation.
Canoeing Standard
This expedition is suitable for those with little canoeing experience as well as experienced paddlers. The North West Highlands trip will involve some portaging, which is physically very strenuous, and we aim to include full mountain days on both trips so a spirit of adventure and good general level of fitness are the main prerequisites.
