River Spey Descent

The River Spey is the classic Scottish river descent, culminating in fantastic views of the sea. The trip begins in Aviemore, with a gentle first day’s paddling and the chance to ‘warm up’. As each day passes, the river becomes a little faster and with more rapids, up to grade two. The character of the river and its surroundings is ever changing, from mountain scenery through to coastal. Throughout the trip, coaching will be given to help you improve your river reading and running skills.
