Sweden - Harken River System Expedition
This expedition will follow the Harkan River system, from close to the Norwegian Border to the town of Lit. En route we will paddle close to the southern edge of a large wilderness area which is home to reindeer, moose, beavers and many other animals which we don't see in the UK. In addition the expedition party hope to climb some of the nearby peaks en-route. This is a very real opportunity to experience North American type wilderness in Europe! Although we will pass one or two small towns, during the 120 km we will be on expedition the group will be entirely self sufficient.
