River Tay Descent

This is an opportunity to paddle the length of Scotland’s largest volume river, starting at the southern end of Loch Tay and staying in B & B accommodation en route. This expedition passes below the Ben Lawers range of mountains, then once on the River Tay, through the rich farmland of the Tay valley with its many mature broad leaved trees. The Tay contains several notable grade two rapids and the famous Grandtully, grade three. Coaching will be given throughout the expedition, to develop you river reading and running skills.
