Day 1 - Arrive at your accommodation 

Arrive in the morning at the Beyond Adventure base where you will meet you instructor and get organised with all the equipment needed for the rest of the week. You will head out for your first tast of adventure in Highland Perthshire before transferring to the Logierait Bunkhouse to get settled in for the night.

Day 2 

Your guide will come and meet you in the morning at the bunkhouse where you will discuss plans for the day over a cup of coffee. This will be the first full day out and about to enjoy. The day will end at your accommodation at 4pm.

Day 3 

Another full day of activity, choose to challenge yourself in the rapids, paddle a remote Highland loch or head into one of the amazing areas that are on your doorstep.

Day 4 

The final full day of adventure.

Day 5

Check out of your accommodation and take to the water for a couple of hours before heading back to the BA base to finish your holiday!  

“GREAT GLEN WAY EXPEDITION”

For the duration of your holiday you will be staying in the Logierait Bunkhouse on the banks of the River Tay. The beautiful stone built cottage has been recently been renovated into comfortable bunkhouse accommodation, perfect for your group.

Suitable for all abilities.

The weeks holiday is perfect for those wanting to improve their skills on the water. Our mature, fully qualified and experienced guides will help you to achieve your goals whilst taking you to some of the most beautiful places in Highalnd Perthshire.

Accommodation, equipment hire and guiding are all included in the price.

Beyond Adventure will provide all equipment needed to get you on the water. All boats, boards, paddles and safety equipment are supplied.

This is a self catered holiday, you will need to provide food for the duration of the trip.

We supply all paddling equipment but you are more than wlecome to bring your own (the guide will inspect it to make sure it is fit for purpose first)

Personal Equipment for on the water

Waterproof jacket and trousers

Fleece jacket

Warm hat

Sun hat ideally with a peak or brim

Quick drying lightweight trousers 

Base layers - thermal tops and bottoms

Gloves, wool is still warm when wet

Paddling footwear (could be wellies, trainers or old boots, but make sure comfortable when kneeling)

1 litre water bottle (minimum)

Sun glasses and sunscreen

Personal first aid including blister kit and insect repellant
