COVID 19 UPDATE

Stage 1 - Monday 15th March
Following the Scottish Government's announcement last week we are delighted to be able to open to residents from Perth and Kinross!
Last year we worked extremely hard to make sure that we kept our staff, community and customers safe from any threat of Covid 19. The feedback we received was excellent, people felt informed, secure and that they were able to trust our guidelines.
We are determined that we continue this high standard of customer service in 2021.
Although we are able to open, it is very early in the ease down process. To ensure we only take the correct demographic out in this delicate time we have not opened online bookings yet but are encouraging all of our valued customers to get in touch, either through an online enquiry form or through email.
We can’t wait to get back on the water and up the hills with you all!
Stage 2 - Monday 26th April
We are delighted to announce that from this date we will be able to accept bookings from people throughout Scotland. Our online booking system is up and running with all activities and trips, as ever we are at the other end of a phone call or email to answer queries you may have.
The whole of the Beyond Adventure team will be working to agreed operating procedures that are in keeping with advice both from the Scottish government and our governing bodies.
These include:
Keeping shared transport to a minimum, you may be asked to take you vehicle to the start point of the trip.
Sanitising our office, stores and vehicles on a regular basis.
Sanitising all equipment after use.
Having hand sanitising stations both in our base, vehicles and on session for our staff and customers use.
We will be monitoring all guidelines issued by the Scottish government and will amend our policies as needs be. If you have any feedback on our procedures or have a question before you go on activity with us, please do not hesitate to get in touch!
