Canoe Expeditions with Beyond Adventure
Whether you are brand new to journeying by canoe or have enjoyed seasons of expeds, we can offer trips suited to your experience.
From 25 years of expeditions, we have learned what works. Wild camping does not need to be uncomfortable, food does not need to be basic and you certainly don't need to feel like you are roughing it.
We use well made, maintained equioment with every trip, from tents to your camp chairs we have thought of everything.
Our food is made freshly each mealtime by our friendly and professional guides (apart from the homemade cakes we bring along). You will be very well fuelled throughout your journey!
Beyond Adventure guides are hand-picked for their experience, qualifications and love of journeying by canoe. They will not only keep you safe but will be on hand to offer advice, local knowledge or interesting facts on history, flora and fauna.

EXPEDITIONING SUSTAINABLY
The ongoing battle with dirty camping has been well reported on in Scotland. The line between wild camping and dirty camping has often been smudged throughout this, with many people not knowing what is right or wrong.
When we camp we wild camp. We do not leave anything behind in our wake and we leave a campsite the same, if not better, than when we found it.
Beyond Adventure works with local providers to ensure we are kept up to speed with any access issues and plans to ensure that our expedition down not have a detrimetal effect on other land owners or users.
